Official Sweepstakes Rules & Terms

1. Sponsor

The “Complete Roofing Systems $10,000 Roof Off Replacement Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Complete Roofing Systems (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on [May 15, 2026] and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on [June 15, 2026] (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: 

• Are legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; 
• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age; 
• Own the residential property listed on the entry form; and 
• Own a home that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, is suitable for roof replacement and compliant with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and permitting requirements. 
  

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. 

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by entering online at /sweepstakes 

Entry Limits and Ownership:

• Limit one (1) entry per household.
• Entries may not be transferred, sold, or assigned. Any such attempt will result in disqualification.
• Online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a discount of up to $10,000 applied toward the retail cost of a residential roof replacement installed by Sponsor or its designee (“Prize”). 

Service Area Limitation:

Prize installation is available only within Sponsor’s normal Pennsylvania service area. 

Prize Conditions: 

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash except as expressly stated herein. 
• Installation must occur at the address listed on the winning entry. 
• Winner is responsible for all costs exceeding $10,000. 
• Any repairs, remediation (including mold, structural, or decking issues), code upgrades, permitting fees, HOA approvals, or required modifications are solely the responsibility of the winner. 
• Prize excludes painting, staining, interior work, or cosmetic enhancements. 

Warranty Disclaimer: 

The Prize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as may be expressly provided in a separate written installation agreement.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the final day of the sweepstakes from all eligible entries received. Minimum Entry Requirement A minimum of two hundred (100) valid entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period for a drawing to be conducted and a Prize awarded. If fewer than 100 eligible entries are received, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: 

• Extend the Sweepstakes Period;
• Conduct a delayed drawing once the minimum threshold is met; or 
• Cancel the Sweepstakes without selecting a winner and award no Prize. Odds Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Notification The potential winner will be notified within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Failure to respond, comply, or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Winner Requirements

The potential winner must: 

• Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days; 
• Provide proof of home ownership; and 
• Permit property inspection to confirm eligibility and installation feasibility. 
  

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct background checks and disqualify any potential winner if awarding the Prize may adversely affect Sponsor’s reputation or business interests.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 based on a Prize value of $10,000.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper administration. 

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. 

Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, labor disputes, supply shortages, permitting delays, or governmental actions.

Performance of work and all related matters in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be subject to, and contingent upon, execution of Sponsor’s contract documents and general terms and conditions.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Pennsylvania.

13. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may collect and use personal information for Sweepstakes administration and marketing purposes, including contact via phone, mail, or email, in accordance with applicable federal and Pennsylvania privacy and consumer protection laws.

14. Additional State Law Disclosures

This Sweepstakes is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 

• No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. 
• The Sweepstakes is not a lottery. 
• Any required registrations, filings, or bonding obligations will be completed by Sponsor where required by law. 
• Sponsor will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local consumer protection and advertising laws.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations or communications.
